Great Cover Jan 25, 2010
I am pleased with this cover, it fits the iPhone 3GS just fine and is easy to take on and off. This cover is stiff enough that it doesn't easily slip off like other soft covers do. It is slick enough that you can easily slip the phone in and out of your pocket, but still gives you enough grip that it won't easily slip out of your hand. I love the red color, and it is slightly transparent so that you can still see the Apple logo on the back. Using headphones and charging can all be done with the case still on, which is extremely nice.
I didn't use the screen protector, as I have one from a previous case that works just fine. The case does catch a corner of my screen proctor and causes it to make a small bubble in that corner. I can't really say this is a con because I'm not using the one with this case, but maybe something you could run into if you use a different brand screen protector.

This case is perfect and the best I have seen for the iPhone. I had another kind (forget the name) that had the same coverage, but the skin was made out of an inferior silicone material that always attracted lint and was hard to get in and out of my pocket, and it ripped after a few months. My husband had the iFrog case, because he prefers hard cases. His broke after a few months (as did his friend's same one), and then would the two pieces would not stay together anymore. We then both bought this case and they have been awesome.
The silicone is top quality and a lot more substantial than others I have seen. It slides in and out of jean pockets easily, but still has enough grip to keep your phone in your hands. It offers great protection and covers the volume and power buttons, but doesn't interfere with using the screen (as my other case did). And a great price on Amazon!

After 3 cases that had various flaws, I've finally found what I think is the best case for my iphone 3G. The iSkin Solo fits the phone perfectly, gives a good grip and looks absolutely fantastic. I've had many compliments from people on the attractiveness of the case. It feels sturdy enough to protect the phone yet isn't a true hardcover. Neither is it made of the yucky sticky silicone. Great case overall.

I bought the red iSkin. See through, tight fitting, does not stretch, can see apple logo on back of phone, enough grip to hold onto yet still slips right into my pocket, comes with a couple cool stickers!! :)
I dropped my phone from my lap while getting out of my dad's big work truck. It hit the ground on the corner, perfect angle to
crack the screen. It landed face down and I was scared to flip it over. IT WAS TOTALLY FINE! The case was not scratched either. Best case ever :)

Great case -- fits well, makes the phone non-slippery when holding it (important for me!), protects, allows easy access to buttons and looks fab. Everything you'd want from a case at a decent price. Highly recommended.
